First Look at Chloe Moretz and Julianne Moore in Carrie, out March 13, 2013

On board.

Eh… we love this cast… but Julianne Moore looks too much like Julianne Moore. And it seems like it’s trying too hard to be exactly like the original. “Carrie” was just as much Brian De Palma’s movie, as it was Sissy Spacek’s — and what’s the point of updating it, if you’re just going to do a paint-by-numbers remake of his plot?
