‘Breaking Dawn’: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner Pick ‘Twilight’ Props for the Smithsonian

The ‘Twilight Saga’ has been a seminal experience for Generation Y, so it goes to reason that the films themselves deserve a place in the Smithsonian for all Millennials to see. After all, the Smithsonian’s stated vision is to shape ”the future by preserving our heritage, discovering new knowledge, and sharing our resources with the world.” Here in 2011, our heritage is ‘Twilight’! What from the saga should find itself within the walls of one of the world’s most famous museums? Moviefone asked that very question to Kristen StewartRobert PattinsonTaylor Lautner and the rest of the ‘Breaking Dawn’ cast. Watch above, and imagine a world where your favorite ‘Twilight’ paraphernalia would actually wind up in a museum. (Fans can dream, no?)

The Questionable Case of the Two Positive ‘Abduction’ Reviews on Rotten Tomatoes
Taylor Lautner may be very proud of his work in ‘Abduction,’ but critics don’t necessarily feel the same way. The John Singleton-directed action thriller is currently rocking a 6 percent Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which is even worse than critical punching bags ‘The Smurfs,’ ‘Zookeeper’ and ‘Shark Night 3D.’ Of the 32 reviewers linked on Rotten Tomatoes, only two gave ‘Abduction’ a positive notice. Or did they?

Taylor Lautner on ‘Abduction,’ Possible Sequels, and Why ‘Breaking Dawn’ is His Favorite ‘Twilight’ Yet
Snark all you want about ‘Twilight,’ its fan base and its young stars, but the film series has become a cultural phenomenon over the last five years. Thank goodness then — by all accounts — Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are able to handle the immense fame that comes with the ‘Twilight’ territory. Lautner is the last of the trio to branch out on his own — and he does so with gusto in the new action thriller ‘Abduction.’

We really did try to go as hardcore as we could. It’s not your typical birthing scene. It took two days to film. She’s choking on blood that she’s been drinking and she’s out of her mind. After a moment of sheer exuberance, and then goes into a crazy, nightmarish hellhole.
