Will Arnett (known for Arrested Development, Up All Night, 30 Rock, his amazing voice, being one half of the greatest couple ever) on a season 4 (around 2002) episode of Law and Order:SVU. In the episode he plays a travel agent who sets up international sex tours for pedophiles. I can’t tell what’s worse, that character or the blonde hair (not being serious, of course).
